Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Nodee, we strive to provide our patrons with seamless shopping experience. To ensure you have a great experience with us, please take a look at our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Order Cancellation:

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please ensure you raise the request within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel the order by sending us an email at nandita@nodee.in along with a valid reason. We shall regret to cancel after this period.

Return Policy:

1. At Nodee, each product is checked thoroughly before packing so that you receive your parcel of happiness. However, as there is always a human factor, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, we request you to share a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product for us to consider your return request.

2. We accept returns for products that are unused and in their original packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery.

3. Please note shipping charges for returning the product has to be taken care of by the customer.

Refund Policy:

1. We offer a 100% refund on all orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to refund your amount.

2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product.

3. Banks may take 7-10 working days to reflect the refunded amount in your back account. You will need to share with us your bank account details over email.
