  1. Handcrafted products may have small imperfections (such as thread joint, extra thread etc.) which are not flaws, but add to the beauty of handmade goods. They are the testament of manual labour, love and purity!
  2. Products bought on Sale cannot be returned
  3. Opening video is must within 24 hours of product received, in case of any damaged product claim
  4. For customized products: In case of customized products, the shipping may take 10-15 days. For customized products, the payment is 100% pre-paid, and Non-Refundable.
  5. While Nodee is the brand name, the business is registered as Nodee Collective LLP. Therefore, Nodee and Nodee Collective LLP are the same entity.
